The feeling when you just want to yell at the customer and say, "there's the door -- use it and please don't enter it again!", but you're not allowed. Instead you feel like a tiny tiny useless person with no power. Great! I just love my job. Varför jag skriver på engelska har jag ingen aning om heller?!
